In response, police brought attack dogs to the school and a number of students were suspended for what they call “thought crimes.”

He jerked his hand back, quickly looking away as he tucked his hands back on his lap, absentmindedly picking at his finger tips again.
Whined a little, nudging her head against him again, gently doing so. The wizard-turned-dog reach toward her magic and carefully sent her thoughts toward him, initially explaining what she was doing, then pleading with him to stop hurting himself, picking at his fingers.-
